How to add QuickBooks to Claude

Start a LedgerLink trial and connect a company
Sign up, then connect a client's QuickBooks Online company (or a free Intuit sandbox company to test first).

Add the connector in Claude
In Claude, open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector and paste https://ledgerlinkmcp.com/mcp. It works in Claude on the web, the desktop app and Claude Code.

Sign in and allow access
Claude opens the LedgerLink sign-in. Approve once, and Claude can reach the companies you're allowed to see.

Ask your first question
Try "list my companies", then "show open invoices for Acme Bakery" or "run last month's P&L for Rivera Builders".
What bookkeepers use it for
- Enter a bill from a PDF: drop the invoice in the chat, Claude finds the vendor and account, shows a preview, and posts after you say yes.
- Answer client questions fast: "What did we pay Sysco in Q3?" or "Which invoices over 60 days are still open?"
- Clean-up work: find uncategorized expenses, duplicate vendors, or bills with no attachments.
